If an order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.
You should notify us and damaged items for exchange must be send back within 5 working days from date of receipts. Otherwise, we will assume that you are satisfy with the products.
Simply e-mail us pictures and details and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem and make your shopping experience a positive one. All damaged products will be "Exchange only".
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
